General Conditions

  • Prepaid SIM cards will not work in Leh and Ladakh. Only postpaid connections of any network will function in these regions.

  • Hotel check-in time is 14:00 hrs (2 PM). Early check-in is subject to room availability, and we appreciate your cooperation.

  • In case the mentioned hotels are unavailable, we will arrange alternate accommodation in a similar category, following discussion with the client.

  • Our cab service will remain with you throughout the entire tour itinerary.


Complaints and Service Issues

  • Passengers with complaints regarding hotels, transport, or any other service must inform us immediately at:

  • Prompt reporting allows us to address issues on the spot.

  • Please note that complaints raised after the conclusion of the tour will not be eligible for refunds or consideration.


Booking Confirmation

  • To confirm your booking, please email us your selected package options. Our consultant will begin the reservation process and, upon receiving written confirmation from all concerned hotels/houseboats/resorts, we will send you an official acknowledgment.

  • Please note that all bookings will remain tentative until the booking amount is received in our accounts. Failure to make payment by the due date may lead to automatic cancellation of the booking.


Payment Terms

  • To secure your reservation, a payment of 30% of the total invoice amount is required in advance.

  • The remaining balance must be paid at least 10 days before the date of arrival.

  • If payment is not received by the due date, Haniefa Tour & Travels reserves the right to treat the booking as cancelled.

  • For 4-star and 5-star property bookings, full payment must be transferred before confirmation can be issued.

  • Card Payments: A 3.6% bank charge will apply to payments made via credit or debit card.

  • Cancellation policies of hotels and service providers will be strictly enforced.

Note: A service charge of 10% will be applicable on the total package cost.


Vehicle Policy

  • In case of vehicle breakdown during the tour, travelers will need to wait while repairs are completed or until an alternative arrangement is provided by Haniefa Tour & Travels.

  • Our team will make every effort to minimize inconvenience and ensure continuity of service.


Traveler Responsibilities

  • Travelers are solely responsible for their own safety and belongings during the trip.

  • Haniefa Tour & Travels is not liable for any loss, theft, injury, or damage to personal property.

  • Guests must refrain from carrying illegal substances, engaging in banned activities, or violating local laws. Any such actions are the sole responsibility of the traveler.


Liability Disclaimer

  • Haniefa Tour & Travels acts as an agent for hotels, transport providers, and other service partners. We do not own or control these services and shall not be held liable for any delays, losses, injuries, or damages resulting from acts beyond our reasonable control.

  • While we strive to deliver the best possible experience, no refunds or compensation will be given for force majeure events, such as natural disasters, strikes, government actions, or unforeseen operational disruptions.


Amendments and Cancellations

  • Changes or cancellations initiated by the traveler may incur charges as per hotel or service provider policies.

  • We will do our best to accommodate date changes or modifications, but these are subject to availability and may involve additional costs.

  • Refunds, where applicable, will be processed based on service provider rules and conditions.


Policy Updates

Haniefa Tour & Travels reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be posted on our website and will apply to all bookings made thereafter. We encourage you to review this page periodically to stay informed.
