Important Note Regarding Tour

• Hotel Check-In time Is 14 Hrs. Early Check-In is depend Upon Room Avaliablity. You cocperation are Appreciable. In case of unavailability in mentioned hotels, alternate accommodation will be arranged in a similar category hotel considering discussion with client.
• Our cab will remain with you throughout the whole tour
• If the passenger has any complaints regarding our service like hotels, house boats, transport etc are advised to inform immediately at +918899227815  so that the same be re addressed on the spot. No complaints or refund for the same be entertained after the tour programs
• Please note until booking amount will not reflect in our accounts all confirmations will be treated as tentative and may lead to booking cancellation if payment was not made by or before the due date provided.
• In case of breakdown of vehicle during tour, traveller have to wait for repair or other alternate option arranged by The Company.
• Travelers are sole responsible for any mishappening, theft, loss , injuries ,illegal activities such as carry banned drugs , unlawful activities during the tour.

Booking/Confirmation from your End

• You are requested to drop us an email along with the options you want to opt for so that our consultant can initiate the booking accordingly and once we receive written confirmation from all the concerned hotel/houseboat/resorts we will send you an acknowledgment.
• Please note until booking amount will not reflect in our accounts all confirmations will be treated as tentative and may lead to booking cancellation if payment was not made by or before the due date provided.

Payment Terms For Booking

• To secure your reservation you need to make 30% of the total invoice amount as an advance and remaining balance you have to pay 10 days before the date of arrival.
• If Guest Want To Pay Through Any Kind Of Card 2% Bank Charges Have to Pay Extra.
• If the payment is not received by the due date we may treat the booking as cancelled For 4* and 5* properties full booking amount should transferred before confirmations. Cancellation will be strictly followed as per the hotel policies.

Cancellation Policy For Tour.

• Cancelled Before 30 Days Of Arrival Date:20% Of Total Package Cost.
• Cancelled Before 20-30 Days Of Arrival Date: 50% Of Total Package Cost.
• Cancelled Before 10-19 Days Of Arrival Date: 70% Of Total Package Cost.
• Cancelled Before 10 Days Of Arrival Date:100% Of Total Package Cost.
